About Gabi
I am an integrative psychotherapist with a BSc in Psychology, an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Regents University London, and additional specialist training in couples therapy.
I offer a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can talk openly about whatever is happening in your life. I work with both individuals and couples, supporting people who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or looking to better understand themselves and their relationships. With couples, I provide a space to slow things down, improve communication, and explore patterns that may be creating distance or tension.
I believe the relationship between therapist and client is central to meaningful change. We’ll explore how earlier experiences may shape the way you relate to yourself and others and how these patterns can be better understood and worked with. We will create space to reflect, make sense of difficulties, and support change at a pace that feels manageable.
Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, so if you’re reading this, you’ve already begun that process. I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone call where you can tell me a little about what’s bringing you to therapy and ask any questions about how I work, so we can decide whether working together feels right for you.

Here’s What You Need to Know
Where do you work in person?
I work in person in Mill Hill, NW7.
What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, therapy is available for both adults and couples. Individual sessions focus on your personal experiences and wellbeing, while couples therapy provides a space to improve communication, understand relationship patterns, and work towards greater connection and understanding.
Is everything shared in our sessions confidential?
Everything discussed within sessions is kept confidential and treated with care and professionalism in line with the ethical framework of the BACP.
There are, however, some rare situations where confidentiality may need to be broken. This would only happen if there were serious concerns about your safety or the safety of someone else, or where there is a legal obligation to disclose information.
What can I expect from our sessions?
Psychotherapy and relationship counselling offer a confidential and supportive space to explore personal, emotional, and relational challenges safely and openly. My role is to support you through this process with compassion and without judgement, helping you gain greater understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be impacting your life. While therapy is led at your pace, we may also work towards meaningful goals and lasting change together.
I often find that many of the difficulties people experience in adulthood are connected to unresolved past experiences and the beliefs we unconsciously develop about ourselves, others, and the world around us. Through therapy, we can begin to explore these patterns with greater awareness, creating the opportunity for healing, growth, and healthier ways of relating.
How long are sessions and how regularly will we meet?
Individual sessions are weekly and last 50 minutes and couples sessions are weekly and last 60 minutes. I sometimes meet couples every other week after the first few sessions. Please note, if you arrive late to your session, this time cannot be made up at the end.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, WPA, Cigna and Evernorth.
How much are sessions?
Individual therapy costs £85 online and £100 in person. Couples therapy costs £120 online and £140 in person.
